Websites for electricians.Show the license first.
People are careful about who they let near their panel. Before they call, they check that you're licensed, that you do their kind of job, and that you'll put a price in writing.
What a customer checks when they look you up.
Your license number, near the top
Electrical work is the job people least want to get wrong. Your license and insurance belong on the first screen, not buried on an About page.
The jobs you do, by name
Panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, lighting, old wiring. Homeowners search for the exact job, so we name each one.
How quoting works
Do you come out and look? Is the quote free, and in writing? Saying it up front saves you calls from people who only wanted a number.
Homes, businesses, or both
A landlord with six units and a homeowner with a flickering light need different answers. Tell each one you're the right call.
A way in that isn't a phone call
Plenty of electrical jobs aren't urgent. A short form lets someone send the details at 10pm without waiting for your office to open.
Brightline Electric
Notice the "Get a free quote" button and the line about written quotes. Look for where the license would sit on yours. Scroll inside the window, or open it full size on your phone.

What electricians ask us.
Should my license number really go on the homepage?
We'd put it there. It's one short line, and it answers the question a careful customer has before they call.
Can the site say I install EV chargers if I only do a few a year?
If you do them, yes. We only list work you take on. If you'd rather not get those calls, we leave it off.
I do mostly commercial work. Is a 3-page site enough?
For most shops, yes. Home, Services and Contact cover who you are, what you do and how to reach you. If you outgrow it, we can talk then.
