Website Essentials for HVAC companies

Websites for heating and cooling. For the night the heat quits.

HVAC customers find you two ways. In a panic when the furnace dies, or calmly when they're thinking about a heat pump. Your site has to work for both of them.

What they look for

What a customer checks when they look you up.

  • A fast way to say "no heat"

A call button up top for the cold-house call. No menus, no scrolling, just the number.

  • Tune-up booking for the calm ones

Spring and fall tune-ups are easy to book online. Let people pick a time without calling.

  • The equipment you work on

Heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, central air, mini splits. When they see their system named, they know you know it.

  • Maintenance plans, if you sell them

Explain what's in the plan in plain words. People can't sign up for something they can't find.

  • Rebates and financing, only if real

If you help with utility rebates or offer financing, say so. If you don't, we won't hint at it on your site.

A live example

Hearthstone Heating & Air

See how "Book a tune-up" and the phone number both stay close at hand. Two kinds of customer, two clear doors. Scroll inside the window, or open it full size on your phone.

Questions

What HVAC companies ask us.

Can you connect booking to ServiceTitan?

If your account gives you an online scheduling link, we put it on your site. Same for Housecall Pro, Jobber and similar tools. We'll check yours during the free analysis.

Should I put tune-up prices on the site?

If you charge a flat price, showing it tends to help, because people like knowing before they book. If it varies, we write "priced before we start" and leave it there.

Do I need separate pages for heating and cooling?

Not to start. One Services page can cover both clearly. The example shows how that looks.
